Orange Cream Ready Mix Tablet Binder – Pastel Pill Binder Powder

Why a ready mix tablet binder

Ready mix is the simplest pill binding agent to work with. The hard part, balancing a binder with a lubricant and a flow agent, is already done, and the orange cream color is built in. Add your ingredient, mix, and press.

Three ingredients, already blended

MCC 102 (microcrystalline cellulose) provides the binding and bulk, magnesium stearate lubricates the punch and die so tablets eject cleanly, and silicon dioxide keeps the powder flowing. We finish the blend with food-grade coloring for the orange cream.

How to use it

• Weigh out your own vitamin, supplement or herbal ingredient.
• Combine it with the orange cream ready mix and blend until the color looks completely even.
• Fill the die, press, and check your first few tablets before running the rest.
