Blue Sparkle Ready Mix Tablet Binder – Sapphire Shimmer Pill Binder

Blue is already the most distinctive tablet color you can choose. Blue Sparkle adds a fine glitter that makes it look like deep water catching the light, a sapphire tone that photographs beautifully and feels premium in the hand.

Use it for the blend you consider your signature, or anywhere you want the finished tablet to make an impression.

Why a ready mix tablet binder

Ready mix is the simplest pill binding agent to work with. The hard part, balancing a binder with a lubricant and a flow agent, is already done, and the blue sparkle color is built in. Add your ingredient, mix, and press.

The formula

• Binder and filler: MCC 102 (microcrystalline cellulose), for compressibility.
• Lubricant: magnesium stearate, to keep tablets from sticking to the tooling.
• Flow agent: silicon dioxide, for an even, free-flowing powder.
• Color: food-grade coloring and fine shimmer.

All three base ingredients are pharmaceutical-grade, and the blend is made in America.

Mixing and pressing

• Add your ingredient to the binder in a clean, dry bowl or bag.
• Mix until the color is uniform from top to bottom.
• Load the die, press, and inspect the first tablets for hardness and finish.

A short trial run is the quickest way to dial in your process.
